Orders:
Orders can be placed Online 24/7 online or by phone at 770-914-0407 - 9:00am - 6:00pm Tue-Fri - - Sat 9:00AM - 4:00PM (Eastern Time Zone) We are closed Sunday and Monday.
Returns:
For any type of return, please contact Barbara Thayer at 770-914-0407 or by email. You must receive an RGM# and place this number on the outside of the packages.
Damaged Items:
If a product is damaged in shipping please keep the box and all shipping material, contact the carrier and file a claim, also please contact us immediately.
Shipping Shortages:
In the event of any item that is shown on the invoice but not in the shipping box, that shortage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving that shipment to qualify for investigation.
Re-Orders:
If you need to re-order anything you are returning, re-order online as normal separate from this return. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund shipping. Refunds are issued back to your credit card after inspecting your items, and determining their condition meets the above criteria.
Defective Merchandise:
Will be replaced when we receive your item back and verify which part is defective. We can only replace items found defective upon arrival or within the first few hours of installation. If items are found to be defective after longer periods of installation, the manufacturers warranty instructions should be followed. Please contact us in these cases.
Restocking Fees:
There is no restocking fee, but return requests must be made within 20 days of invoice date, in original, un-installed, un-opened manufacturer’s skin-pack packaging and in brand new condition just as you received it to be eligible for return. Items not meeting these criteria cannot be sold as new again to someone else and will be shipped back at customer’s expense if received that way by our returns department.
Opened Packaging:
We cannot accept any item that is not in its original, un-opened skin pack. We cannot sell an opened skin-pack item as new to someone else. Common sense, if it is not still in its original un-opened skin pack or box, it is no longer re-sellable. If we cannot sell it again as new, we cannot take it back. Please do not open any clear packages, apply, or install any items if you are not sure it is what you want. Inspect items by holding them up to the bike and make sure they are the correct item, or call us for assistance.
We maintain a high level of quality with our products, if you believe you may need to return an item, do not tear open the skin pack. If we cannot sell it again as new in its original un-opened skin pack, we cannot take it back. Mark any exchanges or returns to "Attn: Returns Department", and please place a short note inside the package along with the RGM#. Sales Tax:
Orders shipped outside the state of Georgia will not have sales tax applied. All Georgia residents must pay 7% sales tax on all items purchased.
